Dear Parents,

You, as the parent/guardian, are responsible for transportation and being present for your youth for check-in on the first day and check-out on the last day.

All Fresh Life Youth will be camping for the duration of the conference. You will drop them off at the conference grounds on the first day and then pick them back up on the last day. For the safety of our youth, there will be no coming and going during the conference.

FAQs

  • All Fresh Life Youth will be camping! Once you check your student in on Thursday, they will be with our group until you pick them up on Sunday at check out. We will provide the tents and a packing list.

  • We do our best to pair students with a friend at their request. On the registration form you’ll have the opportunity to request a friend for your student’s group.

  • Yes! All meals are included in the registration cost.

  • We will be able to provide options for those with gluten and dairy allergies, but if your child has any others, we recommend you plan to send your child with their own meals.
